Christmas Spirit

The Christmas spirit is always something that most people have during this time of the year. People are more willing to give and share then they are any other time of the year. We aren't selfish, but some of us don't get to enjoy the Holidays as good as some people do. Its sad to know that some families wont be together this Holiday as their parent might be away serving our nation or might have passed away. We all have someone that is not going to be with us this Holiday and it makes us sad and lonely wondering where they are or what they are doing. It might comfort us to know that they are doing what ever they can to be back with us but, there are other things to worry about at times. When we wake up Christmas morning we all want to get presents from people but, we also have to remember why we celebrate Christmas. Is it really because we want gifts, or is there something more to it? We all know the story of Jesus and being born in Bethlehem. We should thank him for everything he does for us and we should spread the Christmas spirit to everyone not just our family and friends but strangers we meet along the way.
